We want returns to be straightforward while keeping returned products fair for the next customer.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being shipped back to Turbo Flex Drain.
Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Returned products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Products returned complete, clean, unused, and in readily resalable condition will generally receive the minimum restocking fee.
Products that have been opened, test-fitted, installed, marked, scratched, contaminated, improperly packaged, or otherwise require additional inspection, cleaning, repackaging, or reconditioning may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Products that are materially damaged, modified, incomplete, or no longer reasonably resalable may not be eligible for a refund.
Please treat anything you're considering returning accordingly.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Turbo Flex Drain.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges.
The customer assumes responsibility for the returned product until it is received by Turbo Flex Drain. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and appropriate packaging.
If we provide a return label for your convenience, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions and suitability for their application before installation.
Ordered the wrong length or configuration? No problem - the normal return policy applies.
If the returned product is still in clean, resalable condition, we can generally process an exchange subject to the applicable restocking and shipping costs.
If we shipped an incorrect product, sent the wrong quantity, or otherwise made an order fulfillment error, contact us.
You will not be charged a restocking fee for our mistake, and Turbo Flex Drain will cover the reasonable shipping costs required to correct it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
The refund amount may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other costs specifically permitted by this policy.
