But sometimes the problem isn't the part. Sometimes a wrench slips. Sometimes something nearby damages it. Sometimes race car things happen.

That's why every eligible Turbo Flex Drain includes TFD Second Chance.

If you damage your drain for a qualifying reason that isn't covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty and isn't excluded by these terms, send it back to us and we'll replace it once for $45 plus shipping.

No extended warranty to buy. No checkout upsell. Just tell us what happened and we'll help get you back on the road when the damage qualifies.

How it works

• Enter your order number and email.
• Upload a few photos.
• Tell us what happened.
• Select Second Chance Replacement.
• We'll provide return instructions and a return-label option.
• Send the damaged drain back.
• Pay the $45 replacement fee plus shipping.
• We send you a replacement.

What qualifies?

Second Chance is for qualifying accidental or installer-caused damage that is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty and is not specifically excluded below.

Crushed it? Damaged the fitting? Routed it somewhere unfortunate? Had another component damage it? That's what Second Chance is generally for.

What does not qualify?

• Twisted bellows or installation torque damage
• Applying installation torque through the flexible bellows
• Obviously intentional damage
• Missing, non-returned, or non-identifiable product
• Damage from a product not originally purchased by the claimant

What if the product actually failed?

Then you don't pay $45.

If the drain failed because of a covered manufacturing defect or normal operating heat, that falls under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

We'll inspect the claim and take care of it under the warranty terms.

Why do we do this?

We'd rather build a great product, stand behind it, and make it easy to recover from a qualifying mistake.

If we built it wrong, warranty covers it. If something else happened and it qualifies, Second Chance may cover you. Either way, we want a clear, honest path to review the issue.

The fine print

• Is included with every eligible Turbo Flex Drain
• Applies to the original purchaser
• Can be used once per originally purchased drain
• Requires return of the damaged product
• Costs $45 plus applicable shipping
• Excludes twisted bellows, installation torque damage, and obviously intentional damage
• Does not cover labor, removal, installation, towing, vehicle damage, downtime, lost income, or consequential costs
• Is not transferable
• Is separate from the Limited Lifetime Warranty
