Limited Lifetime Warranty

Last Updated: August 2026

Built to last. Backed like it.

What We Cover

Turbo Flex Drain stainless flex drain assemblies are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

Turbo Flex Drain warrants the stainless flex drain assembly against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

This includes failure of the stainless flexible section resulting from normal automotive operating heat and normal intended use.

If a covered product fails, Turbo Flex Drain will, at our option, repair or replace the affected Turbo Flex Drain product.

What We Don't Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accident, or external forces.

  • Twisting or applying installation torque through the flexible bellows
  • Failure to use the dedicated lower wrench flats during installation
  • Cross-threading or improper tightening
  • Crushing, impact, collision, or road debris
  • Abrasion against surrounding components
  • Improper routing or support
  • Welding or modification of the product
  • Damage caused by another failed or improperly installed component
  • Chemical or environmental exposure outside reasonable automotive use

Important Installation Requirement

Always use the dedicated lower wrench flats when tightening the lower fitting.

The bellows is designed to accommodate movement between the turbocharger and drain connection. It is not designed to absorb installation torque.

Twisting the bellows during installation can permanently damage the assembly and is considered installer damage rather than a manufacturing defect.

What the Warranty Covers Financially

The warranty applies to the Turbo Flex Drain product itself.

Turbo Flex Drain does not cover labor, installation or removal costs, towing, vehicle downtime, lost income, lost profits, turbocharger damage, engine damage, vehicle damage, or other incidental or consequential expenses arising from installation, use, or failure of the product.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered Turbo Flex Drain product.

Making a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims should be submitted through our online RMA system.

You'll be asked for your order information, a description of what happened, and photos of the product.

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty replacement.
