Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable Shipping, Returns and Refunds, Privacy, and Warranty policies.

Product Information

We work to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, pricing, and fitment information.

Automotive applications can vary due to turbocharger configuration, engine swaps, aftermarket components, fabrication, vehicle modifications, and installation differences.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected Turbo Flex Drain configuration is suitable for their specific application before installation.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, calculation, or typographical errors.

An order confirmation does not require Turbo Flex Drain to honor an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical, database, or display error.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment problems, export restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled before a shipping label has been purchased.

Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel it. Shipping or processing costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund where appropriate.

Installation and Vehicle Modification

Turbo Flex Drain products are automotive components intended to be installed appropriately for the applicable vehicle and turbocharger system.

The purchaser and installer are responsible for proper installation, routing, clearance, fastening, and verification that the completed installation is safe and appropriate.

The dedicated lower wrench flats must be used during installation to avoid transferring installation torque through the flexible bellows.

Motorsport and Modified Vehicles

Modified and motorsport vehicles inherently involve additional mechanical risks.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for determining whether a product and installation are appropriate for the vehicle, its intended use, and applicable laws or regulations.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Eligible Turbo Flex Drain stainless flex drain assemblies are covered by the separate Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to the Turbo Flex Drain product itself and does not include labor, installation/removal costs, towing, downtime, vehicle damage, engine or turbocharger damage, lost income, lost profits, or incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Second Chance Replacement

Eligible original purchasers may receive one Second Chance Replacement for qualifying accidental or installer-caused damage not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty and not excluded by the Second Chance terms.

The current Second Chance replacement charge is $45 plus applicable shipping, subject to the Second Chance program terms.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

A Return Merchandise Authorization is required.

Intellectual Property

Turbo Flex Drain names, branding, graphics, photography, product designs, website content, written materials, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, commercially distributed, or used to represent another product or business without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo Flex Drain's liability arising from the sale or use of a product is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Turbo Flex Drain is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from use, installation, removal, failure, or inability to use a product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Turbo Flex Drain may update these Terms or related policies from time to time. The version published at the time of an applicable transaction will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
